'Superstore' Renewed for Season 4 at NBC

The America Ferrera starrer will be back with another round of 22 episodes.

NBC is keeping Superstore on its schedule.

The network has handed out an early season four renewal to the America Ferrera starrer. Season four will consist of another full 22 episodes, in line with the current third cycle of the Universal Television comedy.

Superstore is one of our signature NBC comedies, and we’re so pleased to be bringing it back for the 2018-19 season,” outgoing NBC Entertainment president Jennifer Salke said in making the announcement Wednesday. In its third season, Superstore has grown 6 percent (1.7) year-over-year in the all-important adults 18-49 demographic and 3 percent (5.2 million) among total viewers. Factoring in multiplatform viewing, the series grows to a 2.9 in the demo with 35 days of delayed viewing. Superstore joins a 2018-19 NBC roster that includes previously renewed comedies The Good Place and Will & Grace, as well as drama This Is Us. NBC also has straight-to-series drama The Gilded Age, from the creator of Downton Abbey. That's expected to debut in 2019. NBC
